Disciplined in Computer Science and possesing end to end systems implementation experiences of Enterprise grade BSS/OSS systems for Telcos since 1998, for clientel projects including StarHub (Singapore), SmarTone (HK), Peoples Telecom (HK) {now known as CMHK}, Mobitai (Taiwan), Sri Lanka Telecom, AIS (Thailand), Telkomsel (Indonesia), and various Latin USA (TIMM Peru, Sprint, AT&T),  Evan started ILLUME TECHNOLOGY in 2012 (ACRA Reg: 53342946C), and participated in the Infocomm Development Authority's Call for Collaboration (now known as IMDB) for Software-as-a-Service solutions during that year. ILLUME's solution eventually was acquired by LittleLives. 

The firm continues its mission to provide various innovative and cost-effective integration solutions, integration/automation capabilities with various ERP software, surrounding applications deployed on major cloud providers to valued clients.
